'Lytics' refers to over 12 years of professional expertise in data analytics, measurement, and storytelling to support strategic decision making, for SME to Fortune 500 organisations, and most recently within the University of Cambridge's D&I team. Trauma informed lens is borne out of both lived personal & professional quantitative and qualitative research experience, as well as working for Health Charities whose work enhance the lives of individuals who have experienced both acute and chronic trauma.
